Scott's Bio
Long ago as a bank employee, I had difficulty telling every person I met that the only option I had, was what was best for them. It became clear that for me to work in the mortgage industry I had to have the right option for each unique person. I was fortunate to discover mortgage brokering. Now I can get to know clients, and build a relationship of truthfulness and trust and feel good about what I do for people. I don't work for a bank I independently work for my clients.
My job is to work with you to find your best options, package your information up to look it's best, and get you the mortgage that works for you, and reduces what you pay to the banks. And best of all, my service is free. The banks pays us a a finders fee for giving them such a great client!
We run our business in Saskatoon keeping more money in the Saskatchewan economy and not at large corporate head offices.

Steve's Bio
Born and raised in Saskatoon, I'm very proud to be in an industry that allows me to be part of the amazing growth we are enjoying in our beautiful city and province.
With a history of personally investing in the Saskatoon real estate market, in combination with a strong local knowledge to draw upon, I feel I'm well positioned to advise my clients throughout the home buying process.
It was through this experience and the glimpse it provided me, that I recognized there was a possibility to help others achieve similar results. This combined with my passion for real estate eventually lead me to a career in the mortgage industry.
Whether you're a long time home owner or a first time buyer, I'm truly committed to providing first class customer service and sourcing the right mortgage for my clients.
I look forward to working with you, as well as your friends and family in the near future

Amanda's Bio
I was born in Calgary, Alberta and in 2002, my family moved and settled into the small community of Star City, Saskatchewan (a small close knit community where my great grandparents, grandmother and many other relatives still live).
After graduating high school, I attended SIAST where I earned my Diploma in Financial Services. In 2008 I began my career in finance working for CIBC as a mortgage specialist and then transferred to my local Credit Union as part of their lending support team. While working at both CIBC and the Credit Union I acquired the knowledge of both of their inner processes and the products they have to offer, this gave me insight, experience and knowledge in the mortgage industry.
In 2009 I moved to Saskatoon and began working with Scott & Michelle Tremblay. While working under Scott I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge that I would not have acquired working strictly with the bank or the Credit Union.
I now not only have the experience of the different products each lender has to offer but more importantly have developed close relationships with all of the underwriters and document specialists that I work with. The relationships I have developed with each of the lenders assists to facilitate deals getting done quickly and efficiently.
I am a Licensed Mortgage Associate and it is my goal to educate people not only of their mortgage choices, but also to offer to them the best possible rates and services no matter if they live in the city or a small Saskatchewan community.
Our services are 100% free to you, as we get a fee from our lenders for passing your mortgage to them.

Terry's Bio
When I went to get my first mortgage, I went to my chartered bank that I had done business with for many years. I had borrowed and paid back several loans, was current on my credit cards, and was the ideal customer.
My application was denied. Needless to say, I was quite upset, embarrassed and confused. Not only was I denied, they offered me no additional advice, suggestions or help.
My first priority as your mortgage broker is that I will not let this happen to you. I will do my absolute best in making the mortgage process as pleasant as possible. Because I don't work with just one lender, I will be able to fit the right mortgage for your specific needs. And I will be there every step of the way to make sure that you do get advice, suggestions and help.
